Like all the Indian students going abroad, our CTO Jeswin Jose landed in Australia in 2016 February to pursue his Masters in Data Analytics from Deakin University Melbourne with great dreams and ambitions set for his life. Through proper channelling and networking, he was able to get hold of the Australian Permanent Residency and a great job in one of the biggest MNCs located in Australia.
However, this was not the case with all the international students around him. He realized that a majority of international students lacked proper understanding about the whats and ifs of overseas education and thereby failed miserably to secure a promising life abroad. Recognizing this situation, Jeswin started guiding those around him to choose the right path and explore the brightest opportunities based on their interests. He was able to counsel numerous students around him, which enabled them to enjoy a prosperous life. During this process, a realization dawned upon him -
the stark realities of overseas education and the gaps present in them, which the students often failed to comprehend.
During the course of his journey as an educational advisor, Jeswin met Jiss Maria – a friend of his who was an expert in the field of academic counselling and overseas education. Their shared interest soon sparked a wildfire – a wildfire that laid the foundation stones of Hola World. Today, Jiss Maria serves as the CEO of Hola World Educational Consultancy. Together they have started this journey. A journey to help and inspire thousands of Indian students who aspire to study in the top educational destinations across the globe!
