About the Role

Hola World is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide students through their overseas education journey, helping them choose the right study destination, course, and institution based on their academic background and career aspirations.

This role requires strong knowledge of popular study destinations such as Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and European countries along with excellent counselling, communication, and student engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students interested in studying abroad
• Understand student profiles, academic background, and career goals to offer tailored guidance
• Guide students on course selection, universities, admission requirements, and application processes
• Offer expert advice on study destinations including Australia,Germany, New Zealand, and Europe
• Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update accurate student data using CRM systems
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions
• Stay updated on immigration rules, visa processes, and global education trends
• Prepare and maintain counselling reports and student records
• Participate in student outreach programs, seminars, promotional events, and online webinars
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT-like platforms) to support student counselling, documentation, content creation, and overall productivity

Eligibility & Requirements

• Proven experience in education counselling or overseas education consulting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and study destinations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide ethical, student-centric guidance
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for counselling support, content drafting, or workflow efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
