In 2016, our co-founder Jeswin Antony Jose moved to Melbourne to pursue a Master of Data Analytics at Deakin University. He became part of a close-knit group of around fifteen Malayali students there, becoming like family far from home. Spending time with them, he noticed something that stayed with him: many had chosen their courses and universities without truly understanding what they were signi...

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to the most common questions about Hola World.

Hola World was founded by Jeswin Antony Jose and Jiss Mariya Thomas. Jeswin studied a Master of Data Analytics at Deakin University in Melbourne before working in Australia's IT industry, and Jiss brought hands-on experience as an education counsellor — a combination that still shapes how the company counsels students today.
Many agents are paid by universities to fill seats, which can quietly steer advice toward whichever programme pays best. Hola World was built the other way around — around the student's goals first — which is why families increasingly look for us specifically as one of the best abroad education consultants in Kerala, not just another agent.
It began as a passion project during the COVID-19 lockdowns, after Jeswin saw students in Australia choosing courses based on what agencies found profitable rather than what suited them — and after one honest YouTube video, made to avoid a repeat of a parent's misunderstanding, unexpectedly took off.
Hola World operates from physical offices in Changanassery and Kochi, with PIER-certified counsellors and independent recognitions from KC Overseas, UpGrad, iSTEP Mentors and the University of Canberra — details you can verify yourself rather than take our word for it.
Like most consultancies, we work with partner universities, but recommendations start with your profile, budget and goals — not which partner offers the best terms. Hola World exists specifically because our co-founder saw students pushed into generic programs that suited an agency more than the student.
Our directors and counsellors are PIER-certified, a recognised professional training standard for education counselling, not simply briefed on brochures. You're welcome to ask your counsellor about their certification directly.
We don't just list our awards — from our Top UpGrad Partner status to our University of Canberra recognition, each one is backed by a certificate you can view for yourself directly on our website, not just a logo on a page.
We're based in Kerala, with offices in Changanassery and Kochi you can look up and locate — not just a website and a phone number. If you'd like to meet your counsellor in person, you can request an appointment at either location.
Look for verifiable certifications, a physical office you can visit, independently issued awards you can check with the issuing body, upfront transparency about fees, and honesty about the fact that no one can guarantee a visa outcome. Hola World was built to meet exactly that checklist.
Yes. Your documents and personal details are handled by your assigned counsellor and shared only with universities or visa authorities where required for your application.

Empowering Ambitions, Changing Lives

Facilitating seamless transitions from academic aspirations to tangible global career achievements.
